Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, as they were when you received it with the receipt / invoice . You must also contact us by e-mail at [email protected] to be instructed to return.

If the product you want is not available, we will refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.

In all the above cases the return costs are borne by the customer.

For the return of a non-defective product the return cost is borne by the customer, while the cost of resending the item which you choose for replacement is borne entirely by www.golden-dolphin.gr

Defective product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product www.golden-dolphin.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, you must notify us by e-mail at [email protected] to send you instructions for returning the product. If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement or we can refund your money.

www.golden-dolphin.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.
